ABOUT ICP
The Institute for Children and Poverty (ICP) is an independent non-profit research organization based in New York City. ICP studies the impact of poverty on family and child well-being and generates research that will enhance public policies and programs affecting poor or homeless children and their families. Specifically, ICP examines the condition of extreme poverty in the United States and its effect on educational attainment, housing, employment, child welfare, domestic violence, and family wellness. All attendees are responsible for arranging their own accommodations. A block of rooms has been reserved for participants at the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel (1201 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA) at a special rate of $199 for a single/double. This rate is available from Tuesday, January 19 to Friday, January 22, 2010. The number of rooms offered at this special rate is limited, and the reservation cut-off date is December 29, 2009. EXHIBITORS
There is no additional cost to reserve an exhibit table at the ICP conference. However, space is limited and will be considered on a first come, first served basis. To reserve your space, please check the "exhibit table" option when you register online.
